Sending Connection Requests.
Log in to your coach account, select 'profile' from the navigation bar and then 'my requests'. Here you have the option to 'request new connection'. Enter the details and 'request connection'. The player's parent receives the connection request via email, it instructs them to log in to their parent account to accept it. Once that step is complete, the coach/player connection is active and you are notified by email. The player is automatically added to the team that you selected when sending the connection request. If a parent declines your connection request it will show in the 'my requests' tab.
